Benefits Of Tulsi In Dengue & Malarial Infectio:


As soon as monsoon starts, there’s a spurt in the cases of Dengue and malarial infection. Though regular medication is necessary but having the following concoction along with medical prescription accelerates the process of recovery. Take some ginger, black pepper corns, cloves, some tulsi leaves, a piece of cinnamon bark and small cardamom.


Boil all these ingredients in glass of water. Allow it to boil on medium flame, till one-fourth part remains. Have this concoction twice a day and very soon you will be back on a healthy track of life.


Bronchitis, Asthma, And Cough:


If you have a congested chest or you have a medical history of Bronchitis or asthma, pluck 15-20 leaves of tulsi daily and wash them. Then boil them in half a litre of water. When half of it remains, drink it in parts 3-4 times a day. It also works wonders even during a bout of viral attack when one has congested chest.
Stones


It will be very surprising to know that one tea spoon of tulsi juice taken regularly for 6 months has the power to dissolve the stones within the body. On taking Tulsi juice regularly, the stones start degenerating in size and ultimately are excreted out of the body through urine without experience of any pain. If a person has a tendency of developing stones intermittently, then one should have this consistently.

Mouth Ulcers:

In this case also, try eating 4-5 leaves of Tulsi and have patience for just 1 day. The miracle happens next day when your conditions improve 70-80%.

Some people suffer from itchy, flaky, dry or sensitive skin. The juice from Tulsi leaves is anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial in nature. Sometimes skin doesn’t responds well to some cosmetic applications and rashes appear, but there is no need to panic. Just apply tulsi juice on the affected area and in no time the skin starts getting to its normal appearance.


Dental Problems:


Dental problems can be anticipated with the accumulation of plaque. It causes tooth decay and gum diseases which in turn leads to toothache, tooth erosion, cavities, bleeding of gums and bad breath. Instead of getting exasperated due to bad oral health, try the following remedial measure.


Take sufficient amount of tulsi leaves and let them dry in Sun. Now make a powdered form and massage teeth and gums with it regularly. One will be able to notice that this will alleviate the dental problem to a great extent.

Heart keeps on pumping and silently throughout the whole span of life but one should not take its working for granted and must contribute to its good health. Make a routine or taking 5 leaves of Tulsi slightly pressed with palm along with water early morning. This is a good method of keeping your heart smiling throughout.
