Bald spots are a major worry for millions of people around the globe. There are many remedies that can be bought at a pharmacy that claim to treat balding. However, these are often expensive and usually not very effective. There are some simple home remedies that one can follow to reduce hair fall and improve the quality and quantity of hair. - Have a glass of lettuce and spinach juice everyday to curb hair fall.
- Mix the juice of alfalfa with equal amounts of carrot and lettuce juice. Have a glass of this mixture everyday and it will quickly stop hair fall and increase hair growth.
- Boil some leaves of Margosa and use it as a final rinse after washing your hair. Not only does it reduce hair fall but it is known to stimulate hair follicles, promoting new hair growth. It is also known to prevent premature graying of hair and add luster too!
